About Me

Natural | Relaxed | Unobtrusive | Story telling

Hi – I’m Lauren

I am a qualified photographer having studied to degree level at university.

I’ve been taking photos for over 10 years now and have done this long enough to know a lot about photography. I also know that I’ll never stop learning new and wonderful things. Photography will, for me, always be a work-in-progress.

Capturing your milestone moments from wedding to newborns or watching your family grow over the years and freezing those memories in time is what I am photographing best.

When I’m not working, I’m still usually taking photos but of my own family (they often humour me and my addiction to dragging them out into a field full of poppies to grab some new photos of them).

A little bit more about me that you might not know already…..

I love being married – my husband is amazing and so supportive of my passion for photography (however he doesn’t like being my model).

I am also a Mum to two very energetic, loveable children, Noah & Isla.   they both like to keep me on my toes and are the most important thing to me.

Secretly I have a fourth love…. Yes, you guessed correctly, it is my dog, Bailey the beagle.

Our family’s dream is to own and live on a farm, surrounded by animals and mud (country girl at heart).

I love gardening and have a double allotment plot – we love growing our own food, the children enjoy the harvest, eating directly from the plant.

Visiting new places – the adventure of it all is such a buzz, trying new foods meeting new people, immersing yourself into different cultures and admiring our beautiful planet is what it is all about, Sri Lanka has got to be my favourite place so far, but my bucket list is pretty big.  We really enjoy visiting the beach, Wells Next The Sea is a firm favourite for us all.

My favourite time of year 100% has to be winter, I’m a Boxing Day baby, I would have a Christmas tree up all year if I could.
